Your car has some broken parts and you need to find salvage parts to replace them. Salvage parts can save you quite a bit of money when repairing or restoring a vehicle. Salvage parts can normally be found at auto wrecking yards, which are now preferring to be called salvage yards. These types of business are split into two categories. The traditional full service yard where you go in and ask for the part you need and said part is brought to you is one type. The other type, which is gaining in popularity, is the self service, or pick your part yard. Pay a small fee and you get to go find the part you need yourself. Some parts stores also carry used or salvaged parts. You have to specifically ask for them, though.
