  • Do You Usually get more from a Rear End Accident Settlement than Front End?

In any rear end accident settlement, the assumption that the police, insurance companies and courts take is that the second and third cars in the accident (cars 2 and 3 on the diagram of an accident, if it is a three-car crash) are the responsible vehicles and that the first car is the victim. Now, depending on the skills of your lawyer, you may not only receive a hefty award for the accident and injuries, but in any no-fault state, you may be able to sue the drivers of cars two and three, and increase the award for the accident. Especially if one of the drivers may have been distracted by a cellphone conversation or texting.
