Assuming you were able to obtain a car loan with no credit history, it takes the same amount of effort to cancel a car loan. If you were able to cancel the car loan, assuming the bank is willing to forgive the loan in the first place, it takes the same amount of effort to cancel a car loan for a person with no credit history as it does any other customer. Indeed, it may be harder because the person with no credit history has no support mechanism in place if there are any closing costs that may come into play. This means that the person with no credit history should have funding for incidental costs that may arise from the cancellation.
