An Autopage alarm system will work on a manual transmission car, but if a remote starter is included on the alarm, it will most likely not work. A remote starter feature can cause the car to jump forward if it is left in gear. In many states, installing a remote starter on a manual car is illegal. In most cases, installing the alarm without the remote start feature will be difficult. There are remote starters that are specially designed for manual transmissions. It is best to talk to a qualified alarm salesperson and have your Autopage alarm installed professionally.
