What Usually Comes in Car Stereo Packages?

The contents of car stereo packages are fairly universal. Usually, you’ll get just enough to make you think that you can do the installation easily by yourself. Then you’ll find that there are some things that can make it even easier. You’re going to get the head unit, or stereo, the cage that it installs into, a tool or tools to remove it from the cage and the wiring harness. You’ll also get an owner’s manual and installation guide. Some stereos will also come with a bracket that should be installed at the back of the stereo to keep it from vibrating while driving. Some packages will also contain an antenna extension cable and/or adapter wiring harness.
